other imprints the Addison Wesley Professional imprint. It has come to
Pearson's attention that your website, www.thinkingsecure.com
  (the "Website") and specifically the following
url, http://www.thinkingsecure.com/docs/TCPIP-Illustrated-1/
  (collectively,
the "Website"), contains the work listed below that your Website displays in
violation of Pearson's copyright. 
TCP/IP Illustrated, Volume 1: The Protocols by W. Richard Stevens and Kevin
Fall

Pearson knows that it has not authorized copies of Pearson's proprietary
Work to be reproduced on, or displayed on the Website. Therefore, the
reproduction, display and availability of the Work on the Website is clear
and willful infringement of Pearson's copyright and exclusive rights as the
publisher of the Work under United States copyright law and international
copyright treaties.
Be advised that Pearson considers infringement of any kind to be a grave
matter and Pearson vigorously protects its proprietary interests in its
Work. Therefore, as an initial matter, Pearson hereby demands that you
confirm in writing that you will immediately cease and desist all further
display of the Work on the Website . Please act expeditiously to remove or
disable access to the items or materials claimed to be infringing. 
The demands made in this electronic mail shall not waive or prejudice any
rights or remedies which Pearson may have in connection with this matter,
including the right to commence legal action and to seek injunctive relief,
if necessary, without further notice to you.  Pearson expects a response
confirming that the Work will be removed from your Website no later than ten
(10) business days from your receipt of this electronic mail.
