There still two things which drive me crazy with Mastodon and especially when you are the admin of your instance:

• Why do we have a rate limit for the user/owner of the instance too? can we just have an option to remove the rate limit

for the admin of the instance?

• The toot limit size which is not configurable https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/12265 - https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/27629 will it be included in Mastodon at some point?

I don’t use the forks because the security fixes might be a bit behind.
