UUCP

.Failed is usually broken into system/type directories. You can move
the files from uucp/.Failed/system/type directories to the
uucp/system/type directories and then run uuxqt or uucico as you
normally would. A bit of advice about this though, be sure you don't
have uucp processes running (automatically, or otherwise) while you are
doing this and move the D./* files first since C./* and X./* files tend
to reference these.
