Things to improve for an hypothetical next edition
- hotel
- easy transportation facilities between the hotel and the conf (ideally (for me), the conf would be in the hotel), and the hotel in the city center
- low rates internet / wifi facilities during the conf
- organization
- more explanatory signs and information (about agenda, network, power, where-to-get-what (food, drugs, sex))
- Maybe one single place without any break between workshop and lecture
- Do we focus on a specific target audience ? techies only or pro only or both ?
- Do we look forward to make it payable (diferent rates of course for different ppl)?
- Reduce the number of concurrent tracks
- Workshop and lecture at same level
- Place ? Still CdM? or other ?
- Only volonteers or not ?
- Sponsoring approach - less sponsors with more volume or more sponsors with less volume ?
- CTF (this probably should be moved to another page?)
- Switch for every teams' desk
- enough cables
- faster rounds (3 minutes in other challenges) → configurable
- more rounds (8 hours, 2 days, …) → configurable
- better overview of what's going on (for audience)
- second projector for events, scoring and game progress
- Does the CTF stay local or do we plan to make it remote? Advantage of local -→ ppl need to be on site of conference
- How to handle 1-player teams? Attacking-only?

- A big outside event for techies only ?
